Create a Directory

Organizing content in your knowledge base is crucial yet often overlooked. At Joggr, we treat our knowledge base similar to a database, putting initial upfront effort into designing a robust “data model” (i.e. directory structure) before adding a bunch of directories. We strongly recommend you spend time thinking through how to best structure your directories.

How to Create a Directory

Complete the following steps to create a directory:

1. In the top left of your Joggr workspace, you should see a folder icon. Click on the icon.
2. Add a title, description, and icon, then click Save.

Example Directory Structure

Here's an example directory setup featuring sample documents. Navigate the folder structure to review the folders and suggested documents for creation. This serves only as a suggestion to inspire you in establishing the appropriate directory structure for your team(s).
