Create a Directory

Organizing content in your knowledge base is crucial yet often overlooked. At Joggr, we treat our knowledge base similar to a database, putting initial upfront effort into designing a robust “data model” (i.e. directory structure) before adding a bunch of directories. We strongly recommend you spend time thinking through how to best structure your directories.

How to Create a Directory

Complete the following steps to create a directory:

  1. In the top left of your Joggr workspace, you should see a folder icon. Click on the icon.
  2. Add a title, description, and icon, then click Save.
